To create, for the Super format, a distinctive retail concept that leverages the new brand platform, "Avec plaisir!" (With Pleasure!).
A concept that breaks away from the monotony of shopping, emphasizes the merchant-customer relationship, and advocates for the best combination of quality, pleasure, and price, through several key elements:
• Nice back-office spaces, as our teams are our first in-store ambassadors
• Showcasing our "Cultivons le Bon" supply chain and more authentic Fresh Food Counters
• Highlighting Auchan's private labels
• Offering useful services (omnichannel and caring attitude)
• A concept focused on reuse and eco-design, to minimize impact and capex
• A brighter and softer store shell
This concept was implemented in 3 pilot stores in 2023: Mouvaux, Marquette-Lez-Lille, and Bagneux.
